Brand names unfortunately can not be accepted and will be rejected and your order refunded.
The details of each product can be found on the product’s page. This includes size information. If you require a size different to that stated, please get in touch.
All orders will be confirmed from the date of payment. Payment can be made online via PayPal. All payments are non refundable. Guppy Graphics does not accept returns or exchanges due to the personalised nature of items, but if you have any problems with your order please get in touch.
DISPATCH TIMES & POSTAGE
I aim to dispatch all items within 7 working days, however, as all items are made to order please be patient if your order takes a little longer than expected, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.
If you require your item urgently please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request. If this is the case please contact me before ordering as it depends on my current work load as to whether I can produce and dispatch your item within the desired time scale.
All items, are posted through Royal Mail.
ITEMS LOST IN THE POST & DAMAGES
If your order does not arrive within 10 working days once dispatched, please contact me and I will try to track down your item, however, please note that once your order has left Guppy Graphics, and is on it’s way to you, I can not be held responsible as it is then in the hands of the postal service. Although Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-2 working days, an item cannot be deemed lost until 10 working days.
Please Note: Photographs of damages occurred in transit must be provided before a replacement can be sent or a refund can be issued.
Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, however, if an item arrives damaged please contact us with photograph’s of the damages and we will resolve the matter.
