WITH REGARDS TO PERSONALISED PRINTS
PROOF CHECKING YOUR ORDER
Although we are very nearly perfect, mistakes do occasionally happen. We will always email you a proof for you to check and approve before we send your design to print. This should mean that when you receive your order it should be perfect, however if you find something that was missed during the proofing stage, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will post out an amended version to you for a small charge of £3.50, all you then need to do is to pop it in the original frame!
DISPATCH TIMES & POSTAGE
We aim to dispatch all items within 3working days once ordered, however, as all items are made to order please be patient if your order takes a little longer than expected, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.
URGENT ORDERS – If you require your item urgently please feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do. If this is the case please contact us before purchasing as it depends on how full our order book is as to whether we can produce and dispatch your item within the desired time scale.
All items, are posted through Royal Mail and, depending which service you select, will take approximately 1-2 working days to arrive once dispatched.
ITEMS LOST IN THE POST & DAMAGES
Although we use trusted services, it has been known for items to go missing in the post or be damaged in transit. If an order does not arrive within 10 working days once posted, please contact us and we will try to track down your item, however, please note that once your order has left Guppy Graphics, and is on it’s way to you, we can not be held responsible as it is then in the hands of the postal service. Although Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-2 working days, an item cannot be deemed lost until 10 working days. If your item does not arrive within the 1-2 day time period please let us know.
Please Note: Photographs of damages occurred in transit must be provided before a replacement can be sent or a refund can be issued.
Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of all of our products, we do not accept returns, however, if an item arrives damaged please feel free to contact us with photograph’s of the damages and we will aim to resolve the matter.
